INTRODUCTION

(Cakes / Muffins / Pastries)

Although this post has been titled as INTRODUCTION but i think cake is the only desert, which requires No introduction. This desert is universally acclaimed, liked and loved by the people of all generations.

Either it be a Wedding, Birthday or Anniversary, it has become a tradition to begin the function with the cake cutting ceremony.

Cake is a form of bread. In its modern forms, it is typically a sweet baked dessert. Whereas the term Muffin typically refers to an individual sized quick bread product which can be sweet or savory.

However some cakes and muffins are decorated with beautiful toppings, whereas some are cherished naked too.

As far as the Pastry is concerned, i look at it as a younger sister of cake 😀

As long as it is broader and intact, it is a cake and if you divide after cutting the cake neatly in a very organised and particular shapes, it becomes pastry.

Here, i will be sharing the recipes of different cakes, muffins and pastries. But now to begin with, let’s have a look at Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake, Bread Pastry (chocolate). Many more are yet in the pipeline. Thanks galore.
