Stepwise pictorial recipe of Watermelon smoothie with milk.
Watermelon is a summer fruit which is incredibly good because it helps in lowering blood pressure. It’s also helpful in hydrating your body. A sweet treat that is low in calories & fats, full of vitamins & minerals and free from cholesterol.
So let’s make a healthy smoothie with this awesome fruit.
Watermelon* (chopped) 1 cup
Milk (chilled) 1/2 cup
Rose water 1 tsp
Khewra essence 1/4 tsp (optional)
Sugar or Honey 2 tbsp or as per taste
For garnishing (optional)
Flavoured Ice Cubes as per choice
(I have used watermelon infused ice cubes.)
2 medium glasses
1. Chop the watermelon and remove the seeds.
2. Blend all the ingredients together and pour into the serving glass.
3. Garnish with flavoured ice cubes.
*You can also add the cubes of watermelon & fine chopping in not mandatory. I prefer chopping for the reason that you can easily find and remove seeds from the watermelon.
