BADAAM KESAR MILKSHAKE

There’s nothing like a drink which is healthy and at the same time easy to make also. This badaam kesar / almond saffron milkshake has all the ingredients of an healthy drink and very easy to make. Let’s have a look at the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Milk (chilled) 1 Glass
Almonds (overnight soaked & skin removed) 6-7
*Kesar / saffron strands 3-4
Sugar as per taste
Cardamom essence or cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Ice cubes 2-3

METHOD

1. Take 2 tbsp of milk from 1 glass in a small bowl & soak kesar/saffron strands in it for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
2. After 10 minutes, blend all the ingredients including saffron soaked milk, together in a blender just for a minute and serve the drink chilled.

NOTE

*If you don’t have the saffron / kesar, you can use yellow food colour also or can skip it at all….and your drink will be renamed to Almond Milk Shake.
