Watermelon is a summer fruit which is incredibly good because it helps in lowering blood pressure. It’s also helpful in hydrating your body. A sweet treat that is low in calories & fats, full of vitamins & minerals and free from cholesterol.
So let’s make a healthy juice with this awesome fruit.
Watermelon (chopped*) 2 cup
Sugar 3-4 tbsp or as per taste
Black salt/Rock salt ½ tsp
Cumin seeds (Roasted & powdered) ¼ tsp
Flavoured ice cubes of your choice (optional)
(I used 1 mint & another watermelon flavoured ice cube)
1. Blend all the ingredients together & your watermelon juice is ready.
2. Serve chilled after topping with ice cubes.
*You can also add the cubes of watermelon & fine chopping in not mandatory. I prefer chopping for the reason that you can easily find and remove seeds from the watermelon.
